Our school provides a curriculum and learning experience which fosters curiosity, develops key life skills, promotes enquiring minds and encourages a love of learning. It provides a safe and secure environment where children are encouraged to explore with confidence and strive for excellence through effort, practise and perseverance.

We believe that strong links with families are key, and working in partnership with parents/guardians is vital to support a child’s well-being and development. 

Beechwood is part of Frays Multi Academy Trust. We work with the other schools in the academy and we are committed, as part of the vision of the Trust, that all children should reach their potential and achieve standards at least in line and, we hope, above national expectations.

It is my pleasure and privilege to be the headteacher at Beechwood and lead such a wonderful school.
