SEN 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant Required

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant

Required as soon as possible for 1:1 support
Fixed term to July 2019

We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to work alongside our friendly, committed staff to provide individual support for a specific child.  We are looking for a nurturing person who can set clear boundaries and expectations.  You will work closely with our SENCo to provide the tailored support needed to help the child access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Salary: WBC Grade 3, Scale Points 14-17 (Full time equivalent salary £17,681 – £18,672, pro rata, 20 hours/week 9am to 1pm, to include general lunchtime cover, term time only).

We are seeking an experienced SENCO to work alongside our current SENCO to continue the work being done to improve teaching and learning for SEND pupils throughout the school. This role offers flexibility in working pattern and would provide time for both SENCOs to meet and co-ordinate strategy.
