The Interim Executive Board, chaired by Mark A’Bear, meets on a monthly basis (every 2 weeks in the initial setup phase).
Instead of a traditional committee structure, the IEB has specified roles and responsibilities with IEB members addressing specific areas of governance with the objective to effect rapid and sustainable improvement. The individuals responsible for each area may change depending on the needs of the school.
